GSセンターは、早稲田大学のLGBTQ+（性的マイノリティなど）学生や、ジェンダー・セクシュアリティに関心のある全ての人々（アライ含む）の居場所であり、誰もが自由に利用できるセーフ／リソースセンターです。
The Gender and Sexuality Center (GS Center) is a safe space/resource center for LGBTQ+ and the allied students, as well as all students who are interested in issues related to gender and sexuality.

ジェンダーやセクシュアリティに関する疑問や違和感、心配事などの相談に、専門知識がある職員がお応えします。プライバシーは守られます。必要に応じて学内外の専門機関への橋渡しを行います。
You can utilize our counseling services provided by our Gender and Sexuality Specialty Staff to address issues related to and stemming from gender and sexuality. Your privacy will be protected. As needed, we can also make referrals to and collaborate with programs and agencies on-and-off-campus.

対象となる方:
(1) 早稲田大学の学部・大学院・芸術学校・附属機関の学生と附属校の生徒
(2) 早稲田大学の学部・大学院・芸術学校・附属機関と附属校で学生・生徒を指導している教職員（学生・生学生関連の相談に限ります）
(3) 早稲田大学の学部・大学院・芸術学校・附属機関の学生と附属校の生徒の保護者・保証人の方（学生・生学生関連の相談に限ります）
※学外の方の相談はお受けできませんので予めご了承願います。

Service eligibility:
(1) Students of Waseda University, Art and Architecture School of Waseda University, and other affiliated schools (fuzoku-gakkou)
(2) Faculty/staff members of Waseda University, Art and Architecture School of Waseda University, and other affiliated schools (fuzoku-gakkou)) to address topics related to your students; and
(3) Parents/guardians of Waseda University, Art and Architecture School of Waseda University, and other affiliated schools (fuzoku-gakkou) to address topics related to the students
* Counseling services are not available to the general public
Please request your individual counseling appointment by completing this form. We will send you a confirmation email including the date and the time of your appointment.

【注意事項】【Notes】
１．相談形態について About the counseling modality
基本的に相談は予約制にて行っています。直接ご来室いただいた場合には、即日の相談ができかねることがありますのでご了承ください。また、現在の相談方法は「オンライン相談」「対面相談」という形で行っております。メール等による相談は行っておりませんので、ご了承ください。
We recommend that you make your counseling appointment in advance. We can accept walk-in sessions depending on our availability, but please note that we cannot guarantee same-day availability.
２．相談可能な日時について Available time for appointments
基本的にGSセンターの開室時間帯内、目安として1枠50分程度の相談が可能です。GSセンターでのイベントや業務の関係で前述の開室時間帯内であっても相談ができない場合がありますのでご了承ください。
Counseling is available during the opening hours of the GS Center. One session is 50 minutes long. We ask for your understanding that there may be times during which counseling is not available during opening hours due to events or meetings being held at/by the GS Center.
３．メールの受信許可設定について Make Waseda emails receiveable
相談日程の調整等の連絡には、GSセンターからメールで連絡を差し上げます。そのため、「@waseda.jp」「@kurenai.waseda.jp」のドメインについて、受信許可の設定をしていただくようお願いいたします。また、受信設定等に問題がなく「受信トレイ」へメールが届いていない場合は、一度「迷惑メールフォルダ」に自動的に振り分けられていないかご確認ください。
We will send you a confirmation email via Waseda’s email address. Please ensure your email settings are set to receive emails from the following domains: @waseda.jp and @kurenai.waseda.jp. Additionally, please check your Spam folder if you think you are missing a confirmation email from us.
４．GSセンターからの連絡について About confirmation email
フォーム内容受信から通常3日以内（土日祝を除く）にご連絡を差し上げます。もし、5日（土日祝を除く）を過ぎても返信がない場合は、お手数をおかけしますが、上記３のメール受信許可設定や「迷惑メールフォルダ」内をご確認の上、再度フォーム内容を入力しご送信ください。
We will contact you within 3 business days after receiving your request. If you do not receive a reply after 5 business days, please make sure your email settings are set to receive emails from our domains, check your spam box, and as needed, submit your appointment request form again.
５．当フォームにてお送りいただいた個人情報の取り扱い Your personal information
フォームにご記入いただいた個人情報については、相談に付随する業務にのみ使用し、それ以外の用途で使用することはありません。また、相談内容やその他のプライバシー情報についても厳重な管理の下お取扱いいたしますので、ご安心ください。
The personal information provided in this form will be used only for counseling and not for other purposes. In addition, the content of the counseling and other private information will be handled with care.
６．相談の守秘義務・同意について Confidentiality and its limit
専門職員は、伺った相談内容を守秘しGSセンター職員間（学生スタッフ除く）での情報共有以外に他言しません。また、具体的な問題解決が必要な場合は、相談者の同意を以って、関係機関との連携を図ります。ただし万が一、相談者あるいはその周囲の方の生命の危険があると考えられる場合は、相談者あるいはその周囲の方の同意を得ずとも、緊急対応として然るべき機関との連携を図ることがあります。
We keep the contents of the counseling confidential and will not use them for purposes other than sharing information among the GS Center staff members (which excludes student staff members). When necessary, with your consent, we will make referrals to and collaborate with other programs and agencies. However, in emergency situations where the life or the safety of you and/or those around you is threatened, we will contact or report to appropriate persons or agencies as an emergency response, even if we are unable to obtain your consent.
7．レポートや自身の学びのための情報収集について Collecting information for assignments
GSセンター職員は基本的知識は提供しますが、職員個人のジェンダー・セクシュアリティを含む、詳細な情報提供は行っていません。原則レポートの課題などにおいては、学びの機会を提供するため、書籍等を案内しておりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
In cases of interviews and information collection, staff at the GS Center will provide you with basic information and not personal narratives. For more elaborate information, we can recommend books and other materials for your reference.
8. メールアドレスについて Your email address
学内者の方のお申込みの際のメールアドレスは、Wasedaメールを推奨します。
※Wasedaメール以外の場合、相談の前に本学学生（あるいはその保護者・保証人・関係者）であることを確認することがございます。予めご了承ください。
If you are a Waseda-affiliated person making an appointment, we recommend that you use your Waseda Mail. If non-Waseda email addresses are used, we will ask you to confirm that you are a Waseda student (or parents or guardians of a Waseda student) before counseling.
