◆代理人による証明書発行申請方法/How to apply for the certificates by proxy◆

①申請者は申請フォームを使って、必要書類を提出する。

An applicants apply for the certificate by using application form.

②申請後、代理人にIPS事務所に行くように伝える。

After submitting your application form, please tell the proxy to visit to IPS office with their student card.

事務所開室時間/Office hour ：月～金　10:00~16:00
